Along with Dr.Fichman he performs cataract surgery as well as seeing patients for routine eye exams and seeing to all ophthalmic emergencies. Dr. Border also performs the "Quick Sight™" cataract removal technique that uses topical eye drops (no needles) for anesthesia. He also specializes in glaucoma management.
