Each doctor is residency trained and certified in advanced optometric care. In addition to performing general eye glasses exams and contact lens fittings, the optometrists also diagnose and treat eye infections, dry eye, foreign bodies and glaucoma right in the Fichman Eye Center.

Optometrist: Dr. Jason Delisle
A Connecticut native, Jason Delisle graduated from the New England College of Optometry in May 2008. His experience includes externships at the Eye Centers of South Florida in Miami, Vision Care of Maine in Bangor, the Newington VA Hospital in Connecticut and the East Boston health center in Massachusetts.

Ophthalmologist: Dr. Steven Tu
Dr. Tu was born and raised in the hills of New Jersey. He went to Rutgers University and then the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, MO for medical school. His medical training involved traveling to several areas across the country, from Florida to Michigan to Pennsylvania.

Ophthalmologist: Dr. Peter D. Staiger
Peter D. Staiger, MD, is a graduate of New York Medical College and has been practicing Ophthalmology since 2001. He completed a one year internship in Internal Medicine at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York, and completed his Ophthalmology residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, where he was Chief Resident in Ophthalmology.
